Shipping & Delivery: We strive to ship orders promptly and provide estimated delivery timelines, but we are not responsible for delays due to postal service disruptions, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Refunds: All sales are final. Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless an item is damaged in transit or an incorrect item was received. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
